We curate options to reduce overwhelm, we anticipate and troubleshoot ahead of the event and on the day we have ample resource to ensure that set up and the live event take place without a hitch. Secondly, the attention to detail is poured into our creative and event programmes. When it comes to inbound groups we approach the detail meticulously. From the moment a guest in invited until the moment they land home, we consider every step of the way and how we can make that trip memorable and special as well as truly in line with the brand and ethos of the business.
With programmes in the past we have built profiles of each guest. This can be done through a pre-event questionnaire, our internal client contacts providing this information or through info built over time organically. We have then adapted the individuals programme – for example, we once asked the question – ‘Are you an early riser or a night owl?’ Your night owls may have more of an emphasis on the late night cocktail bar whereas the early risers, the pilates session hosted with an experienced instructor. Asking guests their preferences ahead of the event allowed us to include and tailor their programme. Of course, every guest was able to join every element but by ensuring we had a programme tailored to fit the needs of the entire group, showed good level of thought.

When it comes to gifting, in the past, we’ve delivered pre-event packs to guests. These include items for their trip and useful items for their journey – everything from monogrammed passport holders and luggage tags to in-flight kits for their journey. On arrival at their hotel, items useful for the duration of their time in London from a large tote perfect for throwing items in when heading to the gym or pool, or out and about, gorgeous toiletries to use and then take away, and items to be used during the stay such as padel rackets or personalised golf balls which then also act as a thoughtful memento.
We work closely with the properties we use for the stay and work items into the room and the catering. Welcome drinks can be personalised, sleep considered with personalised reading choices, silk pillowcases and eye masks and monogrammed dressing gowns. We love the attention to detail of guests receiving a sleepy tea or cordial with their turndown and a breakfast in bed menu with a ‘we think you may love’ dish selected, based on our knowledge of the overall trip menus and their personasl food preferences.
