Marking the pavilion's 25th anniversary, the event made full use of the setting's atmosphere and presence, with Marina Tabassum's extraordinary structure creating an unforgettable space to celebrate.

Set against the remarkable backdrop of the Serpentine Pavilion, this reception brought together 200 guests for an evening that felt both celebratory and architecturally striking. Marking the pavilion's 25th anniversary, the event made full use of the setting's atmosphere and presence, with Marina Tabassum's extraordinary structure creating an unforgettable space to celebrate.
As guests gathered beneath the sweeping curves of the pavilion, the reception unfolded with champagne, canapes and bowl food served throughout the evening. The result was a polished yet welcoming occasion, where exceptional design and thoughtful hospitality came together in one of London's most iconic cultural settings.
Held at the Serpentine Pavilion during its milestone 25th anniversary year, this reception offered guests the chance to experience the incredible structure. Designed by architect Marina Tabassum, the pavilion itself was the focal point of the event - an extraordinary structure whose sculptural form and distinctive silhouette created a striking backdrop from the moment guests arrived. Its dramatic arched openings framed the evening light beautifully, lending the reception a sense of theatre while maintaining an openness that felt calm, elegant and inviting. The open structure surrounded a tall tree in the centre giving a strong connection the to the parks it sat within. The layout allowed guests to move easily through the space, gathering in groups beneath and around the pavilion as the evening unfolded. The architecture did much of the work in creating impact, offering a setting that felt both contemporary and timeless and also unexpected.
Each year the Pavilion is designed by a different architect, yet the event is booked prior to the structure design being revealed. We were spolit with this incredible space this year and adore hvaing the chance to create events within this culturally significant spaces that are here for a short moment in history.
