Working closely with one of our London based clients, we designed and planned their annual offsite, welcoming senior executives from their US offices. The programme involved sourcing accommodation, a number of small roundtable discussions, dinners and a private exhibition view. Alongside this we produced a full gifting package to include everything from leather luggage tags and passport holders sent to the guests with their itinerary ahead of the trip through to items in the bedroom such as monogrammed towels and dressing gowns. We also added Grove England toiletries to ensure a very British feel to the stay.

Alongside this we produced a full gifting package to include everything from leather luggage tags and passport holders sent to the guests with their itinerary ahead of the trip through to items in the bedroom such as monogrammed towels and dressing gowns. We also added Grove England toiletries to ensure a very British feel to the stay.



The tone for this event was to create a very personalised and special experience for the delegates. Whilst the focus of the trip was business and a number of very senior roundtables were hosted during the trip, the programme was to feel balanced, cultural and very personal. The brand colours for the event - a heritage red and green with an elegant cream were followed throughout.
LUXURY GIFTING
The gifting element of this event was a high priority. Guests were sent their invites and itineraries along with a monogrammed passport holder and luggage tag. This set the tone for the event and allowed the guests to understand that this trip would be fully curated and considered, allowing them the headspace to focus on business discussions and networking with colleagues. The gifting element was important as it allowed the brand to be communicated subtly through colour and fonts whilst still allowing for luxury items which would be kept beyond the event.
Sleep and wellbeing were prioritised on the trip, a strong part of the company culture. Free time was given as well as access to the leisure facilities at the five star property. Monogrammed pillowcases, sleep masks, dressing gowns and towels all added the finishing touches to the bedrooms. To give a very British feel to the event, Grove England products were added to each room in a personalised washbag.
