The Museum of Cycladic Art’s charity gala at The Wallace Collection in London was an evening shaped by the enduring power of culture. Hosted in the refined surroundings of Hertford House, the gala brought together an international community of patrons, collectors, friends of the Museum and supporters of Greek heritage for a memorable night in support of the Museum’s work.

The setting of The Wallace Collection offered a fitting backdrop, a venue steeped in history with walls lined with artwork. The event saw guests starting with a drinks reception in the Drawing Room suite - a collection of incredible spaces, each lined with it's own colour wallpaper. The fantatsic bespoke made tablecloths worked perfectly within the room to create a bar which felt truly in keeping with the surroundings.

The dinner was hosted in The Great Gallery, a room lined floor to ceiling with gilt framed artwork. The tables were laid again with bespoke cloths, amber water glasses and tortoiseshell cutlery - the overall feel was natural and had an almost earthy tone which then allowed for the museum's branding to pop perfectly.

After dinner guests moved to the Courtyard which had been set for desserts and cocktails. An impressive pudding station lined one wall alongside the DJ who played whilst guests sampled the desserts and the accompanying cocktails.
