Claridge’s is such a London institution, known worldwide for its incredible service, heritage and grandeur. Hosting an event within this very famous London hotel feels very special indeed. Weddings at Claridge’s feel so elegant and glamorous and equally receptions and dinner works beautifully within the spaces. The most well-known space is of course the grand Ballroom, complete with its own private entrance from Brook Street. Coming into the building your reception is hosted within the black and white marbled floor reception, surrounded by art deco mirrors and a beautiful glass skylight overhead.The Ballroom itself follows the same art deco styling as the reception space and is brilliant for dinners up to 240 guests. The space works well for bands andDJ’s and is an excellent party venue. Adjoining the Ballroom is the MirrorRoom, which as its name suggests, has full walls of mirror complete with gorgeous art deco detailing and elegant window drapes. This space is brilliant for smaller dinner or receptions and feel elegant and grand whilst being an intimate space for events.

As well as the Ballroom and Mirror Room, there is the FrenchSalon and the Drawing Room. These spaces have their own look and feel but still equally beautiful and elegant. The French Salon is lined in a dark wood with gilt detailing and has crystal chandeliers overhead. The room works very well for standing receptions for up to 120 guests and for dinners for up to 84guests. The detail in the room is incredible with original features, wingedRenaissance-style cherubs over the doors and a huge mural of a dancing couple, discovered during the rooms’ last refurbishment. The Drawing Room has a blue and cream palette with large cream marble fireplaces, beautiful chandelier and impressive window dressings. Beyond the main event spaces, we love the small and wonderfully femininePainters Bar which for an intimate cocktail reception is just perfect. The other space we adore is the main Claridge's Restaurant which on occasion can be hired.The décor and ambience of the space is clear to feel and the food is fantastic.
